This has to be the most challenging cake I've attempted - from sheer size! These lovely layers were marble with chocolate mousse filling. They certainly gave me my arm work-out for the day!

Garden Wedding

Can I just say that I'm a sucker for a beautiful garden wedding? And this one was truly lovely. I had such a wonderful time putting together this "naked cake," which has become very popular for a shabby-chic celebration. And the fresh flowers? Please!

What a gorgeous wedding - everything was black and white and fabulously classic. It was so fun to be a part of it in some small way.

What a beautiful wedding and a beautiful couple.  I tried out a fondant-free cake - all butter cream except for the navy striping - and it was simple and classic.  Congratulations to the happy couple!
